Chimichurri Sauce

1 cup parsley, tightly packed
1 Tbs. Oregano, tightly packed
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Garlic Olive Oil

Place all ingredients except the oil in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Place in a container, stir in Garlic Olive Oil and let sit for one hour. Serve with thinly sliced grilled flat iron or flank steak.
