Hot Toddy Shrub

3/4 cup water
1 1/2 oz. whiskey
1 tsp. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 lemon slice
1 cinnamon stick, optional, for garnish

In a teapot or saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into a mug. Stir in the whiskey, honey, and Balsamic Vinegars. Garnish with the lemon round and cinnamon stick and serve!
